"Money Back Trial"
Expodata offers a 30 day "money back" guarantee on all non-software based products. For this to apply goods must be returned in an undamaged, unmarked state in their original packaging suitable for re-sale.
The Buyer is responsible for return to Expodata shipping costs.
All goods are the responsibility of the Buyer until confirmation of receipt in writing by Expodata.

"Warranty"
Software products are sold "as is" but with a 90 day replacement warranty on defective media only.
Hardware products with factory defects are covered by a one year return to base repair or replacement warranty. This excludes accessories, consumables, sockets and connectors.
The Buyer is responsible for return to Expodata shipping costs, Expodata is responsible for return to Buyer shipping costs.

All goods are the responsibility of the purchaser until confirmation of receipt in writing by Expodata. Please request an RMA number prior to returning any goods.
Title to the goods remains with Expodata until payment in full is received.
