We can provide a fully customized industrial hard drive system for mass HDD processing. Common applications are duplication, test, analysis, data recovery, erasure, recycling, and any combination thereof. It fulfills a strong demand from consumer electronics manufacturers due to its mass HDD processing capabilities and economical methods. Our rack system will provide all controls available via SCSI, ATA, S-ATA standard or unique commands. Options include an HDD Auto Loader (plug-in-fixture).

Main Functions

• TEXT based script language available for customization of any HDD operations that is supported by standard hard drive commands. (Including the ability to customize parameters for each test)
  
  
• Supports any manufacturers ATA/IDE, S-ATA, and SCSI* 3.5" - 2.5" - 1.8" - 1.0" - 0.85" size HDD
  (Supports All PIO/UDMA Modes, All Narrow/Wide/SCA, and Serial ATA Modes).
  
  
• Custom "Plug-In Fixture" makes connecting/disconnecting easy & secure.
  
  
• Custom Windows Software available for equipment control (26~40 per rack,racks network-able up to 1,200 HDDs)
  
  
• Heat cycle functions available at -40 to +90 centigrade as well as variable humidity
  
  
• Independent power control for each port
  
  
• Test data is available in real time. Various log functions (TEXT. CSV) are supported.
