How to Lock and Unlock |

- Unlock with User Password stored in the HDD Rock.
- Unlock with the Master Password if User Password is unknown.

Notes:
1) THE SUPPORTED HDD MODEL LIST IS NOT 100% ACCURATE due to unannounced hard drive firmware revisions by manufacturers. in some cases, 2 hard drives with identical model numbers may have different outcomes with the HDD Rock ( 1 will instantly unlock while the other will not. )
2) SMS Members are eligible for data recovery service through Ji2 Inc. in the USA for most HDD models that are not supported by HDD Rock’s automatic unlock function. Data recovery service rates are quoted on a per-case basis. Please contact Ji2 Inc. for details at info@ji2.com
